Matt DeSarno is a veteran law enforcement leader and technology executive serving on the Board of the North Texas Crime Commission and as Chair of its Law Enforcement Training Committee. He is currently a senior executive at Odin, a workforce compliance and risk management platform used by contractors, developers, and government agencies to improve safety, security, and oversight.
Matt joined Odin following the acquisition of Verfico Technology, Inc., where he was CEO and co-founder. His move to the private sector followed a 27-year career in public service, including 20 years with the FBI. As Special Agent in Charge of the Dallas Field Office, Matt led major investigations in counterterrorism, civil rights, cybercrime, and violent crime, and helped strengthen interagency collaboration across North Texas.
Earlier in his career, Matt worked in technology management and served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army—experience he credits with shaping his leadership style.
A native of Washington, D.C., Matt has lived and worked across the country and now resides in Dallas.
